Method
1. Heat olive oil in deep pan over medium heat.Fry onion until soft.
2. Add the garlic,gram masala,black pepper,and ginger.
3. Add the pumpkin and cocunut milk and mix. Put the mixture into a blender and and blend till creamy.
4. Pour the soup back into a soup pot.
5. Cook fo 15 minutes adding the salt to taste.
6. Before serving add juice of one lime.

- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion chopped

- 1 teaspoon Ginger. grated
- 1 can coconut milk
- to taste salt
- 2 pumpkin
- 2 cups water or vegetable stock
- 1 lime juiced
