Method

  • 1. Heat olive oil in deep pan over medium heat.Fry onion until soft.
  • 2. Add the garlic,gram masala,black pepper,and ginger.
  • 3. Add the pumpkin and cocunut milk and mix. Put the mixture into a blender and and blend till creamy.
  • 4. Pour the soup back into a soup pot.
  • 5. Cook fo 15 minutes adding the salt to taste.
  • 6. Before serving add juice of one lime.
  • Ingredients

    • 2 tbs olive oil
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
    • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Ginger. grated
    • 1 can coconut milk
    • to taste salt
    • 2 pumpkin
    • 2 cups water or vegetable stock
    • 1 lime juiced
