Method
1. Mix the sugar, cornflour, salt and cinnamon together.
2. In a large heavy based saucepan and slowly whisk in the milk and cream.
3. Add the butter and chocolate and set over medium heat.
4. Cook until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens, whilst whisking frequently.
5. Bring the pan to boil and boil for 1 minute.
6. Remove pan from heat.
7. Beat the egg and vanilla extract in a small bowl or mug.
8. Stir into the chocolate mixture and continue whisking to prevent lumps from forming.
9. The mixture will be thick.
10. Remove from heat.
11. Pour the pudding into ramekins or tea cups and cool.
12. Cover and put in the fridge.
13. They should be set in 2 hours or leave overnight.
14. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

- 55g butter (cut into peices)
- 90g plain chocolate (chopped)
