Method

  • Melt the dark chocolate in bowl in water or microwave. With a small pastry brush paint the insides of the Brandysnap cases completely with the melted chocolate and leave to set
  • Fill to near the top with chocolate mouse Push in a few Maltesers and fill to case rim level with mousse.Pile the cream on top though an icing bag (large nozzle)
  • Place a few Maltesers on top and 1/2 a strawberry.Plunge a Cafe creme wafer thro' the cream and mousse(not shown) Transfer them into paper baking cases and keep them in the fridge until ready to use.

  • Tips

    • Best to put the The box of Brandysnap baskets in the freezer for a few hours it makes them easier to handle and paint.
