Melt the dark chocolate in bowl in water or microwave. With a small pastry brush paint the insides of the Brandysnap cases completely with the melted chocolate and leave to set
Fill to near the top with chocolate mouse Push in a few Maltesers and fill to case rim level with mousse.Pile the cream on top though an icing bag (large nozzle)
Place a few Maltesers on top and 1/2 a strawberry.Plunge a Cafe creme wafer thro' the cream and mousse(not shown) Transfer them into paper baking cases and keep them in the fridge until ready to use.

Best to put the The box of Brandysnap baskets in the freezer for a few hours it makes them easier to handle and paint.
