Put biscuits in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Melt 2 oz butter in pan and add crushed biscuits. Press half into base of foil cointainer. Beat 3.5 oz of butter, icing sugar add eggs together until fluffy. Spread onto crumbs. Next add drained and well chopped pineapple. Spread with whipped cream and cover with rest of crumbs. This dish will freeze well. Thaw in a fridge for 6-8 hours.
