Method
1)grate the cabbage and carrots into a large bowl.
2)mix the yoghurt, mustard and mayo in small bowl.
3)finely chop the onion
4)place the wet mixture and onion in to the large bowl and mix.
keep in an air tight tub in fridge. last for 4 day
Ingredients
- 6tbsp plain yoghurt
- ½ tsp mustard
- 2tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- ½ onion
