Method

  • 1)grate the cabbage and carrots into a large bowl.
  • 2)mix the yoghurt, mustard and mayo in small bowl.
  • 3)finely chop the onion
  • 4)place the wet mixture and onion in to the large bowl and mix.

  • keep in an air tight tub in fridge. last for 4 day
  • Ingredients

    • 6tbsp plain yoghurt
    • ½ tsp mustard
    • 2tbsp mayonnaise
    • ½ white cabbage
    • 2 carrots
    • ½ onion
