Remove bones and skin from tinned salmon
Put into bowl and mash salmon with fork.
Puts onion, carrots, pepper and celery into food processor and chop finely.
Beat in eggs
Combine vegetables and salmon
Line a grill pan with parchment paper
drop spoonfulls of salmon mixture onto paper
Grill until set and brown (approx 3 - 4 mins)
Turn over and cook on other side
The patties can also be lightly brushed with oil and baked in the oven.
