Method

  • 1. Put onion, carrot, mushrooms, peas into a dish and mix.
  • 2. Add chicken in large chunks
  • 3. Add curry sauce and powder
  • 4. Mix together
  • 5. Put in the oven for 1-1.5 hours (check and stir after 1 hour)
  • 6. Cover and cool over night
  • 7. Put in the fridge
  • 8. Heat in microwave for 10 mins and serve with rice.
  • Ingredients

    • 1  Med onion (sliced)
    • 1 Carrot (grated)
    • 3 Mushrooms (chopped)
    • 1-2  Chicken Breasts (pre-roasted)
    •  Frozen Peas
    • 1.5 tins Homepride Curry Sauce
    • ½ tsp med Curry Powder
