Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 1 Med onion (sliced)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 3 Mushrooms (chopped)
- 1-2 Chicken Breasts (pre-roasted)
- Frozen Peas
- 1.5 tins Homepride Curry Sauce
- ½ tsp med Curry Powder
Method
- 1. Put onion, carrot, mushrooms, peas into a dish and mix.
2. Add chicken in large chunks
3. Add curry sauce and powder
4. Mix together
5. Put in the oven for 1-1.5 hours (check and stir after 1 hour)
6. Cover and cool over night
7. Put in the fridge
8. Heat in microwave for 10 mins and serve with rice.
