Low Fat Cherry Cheesecake
Method
1. Crush biscuits until fine.
2. Melt butter and mix with biscuits, butter and 2 oz of sugar and make a flan base.
3. With the remaining sugar make up dream topping but use less milk than instructed
(Don’t want it too runny!)
4. Whisk in cheese and pour mixture into base. Put cherries on top and place in refrigerator until set.
Ingredients
- 8-10 Digestive biscuits
- 2 oz Butter (could use ½ fat)
- 4 oz Sugar substitute e.g. Canderelle
- small carton of light Philadelphia cheese
- 1 Packet of dream topping
- 1 tin of pie cherries
