1. I pre brought diced turkey breast, but cut it into smaller chunks, cooked it along with the mushrooms and onions on a medium heat.
2. Once the meat is cooked through add in a couple of heaped tablespoon of sour cream (if you like it really creamy add more) then a table spoon whole grain mustard and a good seasoning with black pepper.

Tips
The beauty of this dish is you dont have to be precise with your measurements and it takes not time at all to prepare. I had it with brown rice,spinach and salad but it goes with pasta, potato's or just salad.
