Turkey Stroganoff

I ve been trying to use turkey in more recipes as it's a healthy alternative so i put it in a Stroganoff and was very pleased with out come


1. I pre brought diced turkey breast, but cut it into smaller chunks, cooked it along with the mushrooms and onions on a medium heat.

2. Once the meat is cooked through add in a couple of heaped tablespoon of sour cream (if you like it really creamy add more) then a table spoon whole grain mustard and a good seasoning with black pepper.



Diced Turkey Breasts 1 Packet
Mushroom 1 Cup
Onion 1
Soure Cream 2-3 Tbsp.
Whole Grain Mustard 1 Tbsp.

Hints 'n' Tips

The beauty of this dish is you dont have to be precise with your measurements and it takes not time at all to prepare.
I had it with brown rice,spinach and salad but it goes with pasta, potato's or just salad.
