Method

  • Melt the chocolate over a bowl of simmering water or in a microwave. Sometimes milk chocolate needs a teaspoon of hot water or milk in it to help it melt.
  • Put a little dollop of chocolate on each marshmallow and top with a Smartie.
  • Done!
  • Tips

    • For a party, cover a chopping board in foil, tissue paper or wrapping paper and lay out the treats in any shape you like - numbers, names, star, heart etc.

Particularly good with Toblerone or Mars bar - a development I have made over the years!

    Ingredients

    • Minimum 1 bag Marshmallows
    • Minimum 1 tube Smarties
    • Minimum 50 g Chocolate - anything you like - milk, plain, ginger, Mars bar, Toblerone or a mixture
