- THE FILLING
- 300g par boiled salad potatoes
- 300g Red onions thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 3 tbsp fresh thyme
- 10 sundried tomatoes. roughly chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 150ml Creme Fraiche
- 2tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
- SHORTCRUST PASTRY
- Ready Rolled
- Or this recipe I use
- 280g plain flour
- ½ tspn salt
- 125g cold butter. cut into cubes.
- 100ml Iced Water
- 1 tspn Lemon juice
