Method

  • 1. Cream butter and sugar.
  • 2. Add flour alternately with beaten eggs.
  • 3. Add flavouring and milk to give a smooth
  • consistency.
  • 4. Fold in melted chocolate
  • 5. Put into greased tins.
  • 6. Bake gas 4 for approx. 50 minutes.

    • 4 oz. Butter
    • 4 oz. Castor Sugar
    • 6 oz. Plain Flour
    • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla or Almond Essence
    • 1 tbls. Milk
    • 4 oz. Plain Chocolate
