The Basics

Ingredients

• 6 oz. Margarine
• 6 oz. Castor Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 10 oz. Mixed Fruit
• 2 oz. Mixed Peel
• 2 oz. Glace Cherries
• 8 oz. Plain Flour
• ½ tsp. Baking Powder
• ½ tsp. Mixed Spice

Method

1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and mixed
spice together.
2. Make in usual way.
3. Place in 7" cake tin.
4. Bake in oven 335 or No.3 for 90-105 min.
