Method

  • !. Put the chocloate and the butter in a double boiler and melt

  • 2. Pour the mixture into Egg moulds - make sure you tip the mould so that the chocolate covers all the surface and goes over the edges.

  • 3.Pour out any surplus chocloate.

  • 4. Put in a cold place - but not the fridge as this may make it crack!

  • 5. When the chocolate has set - remove gently with a knife

  • 6. To stick 2 halves boil some water in a sucepan and quickly run the edges of the eggs along the outside of the pan
