Barbecue Sauce


1. Melt the butter and fry onion for 5
minutes, or until soft.
2. Stir in the tomato paste and continue
cooking for further 3 minutes.
3. Blend the remaining ingredients to a
smooth cream and stir in the onion mixture
4. Return the sauce to the pan and simmer for
a further 10 minutes.
If liked thicken with cornflour.


Butter 2 Oz.
Onion 1 Large
Tomato Paste 1 Tbsp.
Vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Dry Mustard 2 Tsp.
Demerara Sugar 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp.
