Ingredients
- 1.5 l pineapple juice
- 1 l cranberry juice
- 1.5 l soda water
- 1 l strawberry sherbet
- 1½ oz Vodka
Method
- In a punch bowl, mix juices. Pour in soda water and vodka. Top with scoops of sherbet.
Ingredients
- 10 tbsp. caster sugar
- 4 zest and juice of lemon
- 1.5 L rose wine
- 250 ml peach schnapps
- 5 peach sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 L tonic
Method
- 1. Dissolve the sugar in water with the lemon zest.
- 2. Cool, pour into a jug and add the wine, lemon juice and schnapps.

- 3. Serve it on ice with the fruit and top up with the tonic as you like it.
Ingredients
- 1 of Sour
- 2 of Sweet
- 3 of Strong
- 4 of Weak
Method
- The sour is lime or lemon juice; the sweet is sugar syrup; the strong is rum; and the weak is orange juice or pineapple juice.
- Shake ingredients together with ice and strain in to a tall glass. Decorate with slices of lime and orange. Relax and enjoy!
- A favourite of my mum and dad's, probably from their days in Venezuela and holidays in the Caribbean.
