    Ingredients

    •  
    • FOR THE DRESSING:
    • ½ small orange.pipped
    • 1 clove garlic.peeled.optional
    • 2 oz walnuts or other nuts
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 carton Plain yogurt
    • 2-3 tsp made mustard.French
    •  salt and pepper
    •  
    • FOR THE SALAD:
    • 1 small.red cabbage
    • 1 head of celery.trimmed
    • 2 bunches spring onions.trimmed
    • 1 red pepper.deseeded

    Method

    1. 1. Make the dressing:
    2. With the double-bladed knife,first process the orange and garlic into a coarse puree.
    3. Add the nuts and process for 3 seconds.
    4. 2. Tip into a bowl,and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
    5. 3. Slice the cabbage,celery,spring onions and red pepper.
    6. Tip the vegetables into a large serving bowl.
    7. 4. To serve,pour over the dressing and toss to coat.
    8. Garnish with celery leaves.

      Ingredients

      • 1 bag Shredded Cabbage
      •  Pine Kernels
      • ½ cup Sugar
      • ½ cup Wine Vinegar
      • ¼ cup  Oil
      • 4 tbs Soy Sauce

      Method

      1. Place cabbage and kernels in bowl. You may add pineapple if you wish. Mix remaining ingredients. Throw over cabbage mixture and toss - just prior to eating.

        Ingredients

        • 1 small red cabbage
        • 4 carrots
        • 1 apple
        • 100g pecan nuts
        • ----------------- for the dressing
        • 6 dessertspoon natural yoghurt
        • zest and juice of 1 lemon
        • 1 tsp caster sugar
        • 1 bag salad leaves

        Method

        1. 1. Slice the cabbage (i put it through the magimix slicer on coarse cutting blade)

        2. 2. Do the same with the 4 large carrots and apple

        3. 3. Put the salad leaves in a bowl - add in cabbage , carrot and apple and then sprinkle over roasted pumkin seeds.

        4. 4. Whisk salad ingredients together and pour over the salad just before you are going to serve
