Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- Italian salad dressing mix
- ¼ cup water
- 225g cream cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 125g mushroom stems and pieces. drained
- for 4 people cooked pasta
Method
- 1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker.
- 2. Combine salad dressing mix and water, pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- 3. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and soup until blended. Stir in mushrooms.
- 4. Pour over chicken. Cook 1 hour longer. Serve with pasta

- 2 Boneless. skinless chicken breast (diced)
- 2 slices Ham
- 100g mushrooms sliced
- 1 large cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 200g dried pasta of your choice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100g frozen peas
- 50g parmesan cheese. grated
- Small tub soured cream
Method
- 1. Cook the Pasta as Directed on the Packet.
- 2. In the meantime, melt the butter and the oil in a large saucepan or wok and add the grated Garlic.
- 3. Add the cubed chicken breast and sear on all sides, add the sliced ham and mushrooms and cover. Cook for about 5 mins until mushrooms are cooked through but still white.
- 4. Add the peas, recover and cook for further 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the drained pasta and half the Parmesan and mix.
- 6. Stir in the Soured cream and serve immediately with hot Garlic bread and the remaining Parmesan

- 2 chicken breasts sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 chorizo sausage (uncooked) cut into rounds about ½ inch thick
- 1 red sliced onion
- 1 chopped red or yellow pepper
- 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 glass of red wine
- Pasta ( any type )
Method
- 1. Cook in salted water and set to one side.
- 2. Fry the chicken in olive oil until cooked through and remove from the pan. Do the same with the chorizo sausage. Again leave these to one side.
- 3. Fry the onion in the oil left from the chicken and chorizo for a few minutes.
- 4. Add the pepper and fry for another couple of minutes, then turn up the heat and add the red wine. Allow to sizzle and reduce, then add the tinned tomatoes and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 5. Put the chicken and chorizo back into the pan and add the cooked pasta.

Everyone in the family loved this dish. I didn't put the italian dressing in though. It fed four of us easily and my son demanded the leftovers for lunch the following day! Brilliant!

just cooking for my family..not the best cook at all...got all the ingredients and yes found italian salad dressing...my only prob was not knowing how much of the dressing and some of the other ingredients i should use....plus idnt have time to wait for 3 hours plus..so chopped up chicken...let you know about results later..
