    Ingredients

    • 2 large Onions. chopped
    • 1-2oz Curry powder
    • few tbls vegetable oil
    • 5 chicken breasts
    • 2 garlic cloves crushed or finely chopped
    • 2 large tins Evapourated milk
    • 100ml Double cream
    • 2oz per person Rice
    • 1Large Naan Bread
    •  Corriander to serve

    Method

    1. Fry onions and garlic in a large pan in the oil.After the onions had softened add the curry powder to the onions.A few minutes later add the chopped and seasoned chicken breats to the onions cook until light brown.Then add the evapourated milk.Bring to the boil.Then leave to simmer for half an hour, giving the mixture a good stir occaisionly. 8 minutes before serving boil the rice but watch out because if you cook it for too long the rice will go mushy.Sprinkle Naan bread with water then grill on a mmedium heat for 2 minutes.Add cream to curry leave for a few minutes. Drain rice. serve with rice and curry with a bit of corriander.And naan.

        CurryMaster this looks like a lovely chicken tikka recipe and so many of your other curry recipes do too - I am going to have a good look through them all and definately try a few.

      Ingredients

      •  
      • ALL YOU NEED
      • 20-24 Chunky chicken skinned breast pieces
      • 200g (7 oz) Red tandoori marinade (see my marinade recipe)
      •  
      • GARNISH
      • a little Shredded coriander

      Method

      1. 1. Mix the chicken into the marinade in a non-metallic bowl. If time, cover and refrigerate for up to 60 hours.
      2. 2. To cook, either stir-fry for 12-15 minutes. Alternatively it can be grilled, barbecued or oven baked for 12-15 minutes @ 190 degrees Celsius

        • 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
        • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
        • 3 nos Chop Green Chillie
        • 1 Tbsp Chop Coriander
        • 2 Tsp Chop Ginger
        • 2 tsp Red Chillie Powder
        • A pinch Garam Masala
        • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
        • 4 Tbsp Mustard Oil / Vegitble Oil
        • 500 gms Chicken pieces. legs or thighs
        • 3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt

        Method

        1. 1. Mix all of the ingredients besides yogurt and chicken.
        2. 2. Add the chicken pieces into the marinade and set aside for 30 mins.
        3. 3. Add the yogurt and mix well, keep to marinade for 6 -12 hrs.
        4. 4. Heat grill at 200 Deg. C
        5. 5. Place chicken pieces on wire rack and cook for 12 mins on one side.
        6. 6. Turn and baste with butter or left over marinade
        7. 7. Cook for another 6-8 mins
        8. 8. Serve with Salad and Green Chutney
