    • 10x malterser packs
    • 2x Cooking Chocolate (milk)

    Method

    1. first you will need to melt the milk chocolate in a pan by getting a bowl half full with hot water then a glass bowl on top of the pan with the milk chocolate in...then put the cooker on. when the chocolcte has melted and cooled down add the maltesers and mix don't squash!finally it's time to plate up in cup cake cases.

      Ingredients

      • 2 eggs
      • 20g cocoa
      • 20g Drinking Chocolate
      • 70g Self Raising flour
      • 110g Soft unsalted butter
      • 110g Caster sugar
      • 1 tsp vanilla essence
      • 1 tsp baking powder

      Method

      1. Preheat oven to 170C

      2. 1. Sift cocoa and drinl chocolate and add 3 tbsp boiling water to make a paste.

      3. 2. Add butter and sugar and mix well

      4. 3. Add eggs and vanilla essence and mix

      5. 4. Add sifted flour and baking powder

      6. 5. spoon into cupcake holders and bake for 15 minutes.

      7. leave to cool before icing

        Ingredients

        • 2 cups white rice flour
        • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
        • 1 tsp. salt
        • 1 tsp. baking soda
        • 1 tbsp. baking powder
        • 1 tsp. xanthan gum
        • 4 eggs
        • 1 cup sugar
        • 0.5 cup sour cream
        • 1.5 cup milk
        • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

        Method

        1. 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 12 cup muffin pans or line with paper baking cups.

        2. 2.In a medium bowl, stir together the rice flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, baking powder and xanathan gum. In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream, milk and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients until smooth. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, dividing evenly.

        3. 3.Bake it about 20 to 25 minutes.
