Ingredients
- 4oz Butter
- 4 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1oz caster sugar
- 1oz brown sugar
- 4 oz dark chocolate - melted
- 6oz Quaker oats
Method
- 1. Melt the butter, sugars and chocolate in a pan - then add the syrup and mix together.
- 2. Mix in the oats and then press into a greased baking tin.
- 3. Cook in a pre-heated oven (180C) for about 15 minutes - until golden brown and then cut into squares and leave to cool

Ingredients
- GIANT ROLLED OATS
- 250g Oats
- BUTTER
- 50g unsalted
- SUGAR
- 50g muscovado sugar
- SYRUP
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- CHOCOLATE POWDER
- 1 tbsp chocolate drinking powder
Method
- Melt the butter in a pot on the hob then add the oats and sugar with the syrup. Once all the oats are covered add the chocolate powder. Sunflower seeds, chocolate chips and raisins can also be added for extra flavour.
