Ingredients
- 100g plain chocolate
- 2 table spoons milk
- 75g icing sugar
Method
- 1Put the butter and chocolate in a pan and mix till melted
- 2.take of heat and add sifted icing sugar.

- 25g unsalted butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- water to get to texture
Method
- 1. Melt the butter and the dark chocolate in a bowl
- 2. Mix in sifted icing sugar.
- 3. I add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water to get the consistency right

Are you supposed to melt the slab of chocolate?
Ingredients
- 3 cups Icing sugar
- 2 Tspoons Butter
- 1tea Spoon Vanilla Essence
- 3 Tspoons Cocoa
- 1 Slab Chocolate
Method
- Sift Icing Sugar and Cocoa together
- Creme Butter until very soft-using electric mixer
- Add Icing Sugar and Cocoa to butter, add boiling water as required to make soft consistency.
- Grate choclate and add to the chocolate icing mixture
