Corned beef hash recipes
Ingredients
- 800g Peeled sliced potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 1 good splash Worcester sauce
- 1 x 340g tin corned beef
- 200ml pre-fab beef gravy
- 1 handful frozen peas
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
Method
- 1. Start steaming the potatoes.
- 2. While they're cooking fry onions until brown.
- 3. Cut corned beef into smnall cubes and add to onion.
- 4. Add herbs, gravy, puree and Worcester sauce.
- 5. Bring to simmer and add peas.
- 6. When potatoes have been steaming to 12 to 15 minutes remove from heat and layer in a medium casserole dish, alternating with the corned beef/onion mix.
- 7. Finish on a potato layer and top with grated cheese.
- 8. Place in mediun oven and cook until starting to bubble and cheese is melted.

Ingredients
- 1 tin Corned Beef
- 16-20 tbsp Leftover Mashed Potato
- 4-8 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Eggs
Method
- 1. Mix mashed potatoes and corned beef.
- 2. Heat half the oil in a frying pan, then add the potatoe and beef mix, until thoroughly heated through.
- 3. In a separate frying pan, fry the eggs one at a time.
- 4. Serve corned beef hash in the centre of the plate, an egg on top of each serving, steamed vegetables to one side.

Ingredients
- Loads Par boiled tatties. in chunks
- Tin Corned Beef
- 2 Onions. sliced
Method
- Fry the onions in a wok until soft. Add the tatties and stir fry until hot. Dice the corned beef and add to wok. Stir fry until all hot through and corned beef starts to "melt".
- Put on plate and smother in tomato ketchup.
