    Ingredients

    • 800g Fresh cranberries
    • 400g Granulated sugar
    • 2 Juice and zest of oranges

    Method

    1. 1. Add the juice, zest and sugar to a pan over a medium to high heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves.

    2. 2. Add the cranberries and cook for 10-20 minutes until the berries have reduced down (boiling rapidly to thicken and concentrate the sauce).

      • 6oz Whole cranberries
      • 1 small clementine
      • 1/3 cup sugar

      Method

      1. Add cranberries , sugar and clementine juice to a medium pot. Cook on a low heat in 2 inches of water. for about 15 mintues

        Ingredients

        • 500g (1lb 2oz) fresh cranberries or frozen ones. thawed
        • 2 bramley apples. peeled. cored and cut into chunks
        • 150g (5 ½oz) golden caster sugar
        •  stick of cinnamon

        Method

        1. Preheat your oven to 190C/gas 5. Place all the ingredients in a wide saucepan and add a splash of water. Put the pan on the heat and bring to the boil.

        2. Simmer gently until the cranberries have burst and the apple has softened.

        3. Boil down until the mixture thickens slightly, then take off the heat and leave to cool before serving.
