    Ingredients

    •  
    • FOR OMELETTE
    • 3 large eggs lightly beaten
    • 1 tbspn vegetable oil
    •  
    • FOR FRIED RICE
    • 400 grm cooked white rice
    • 2 garlic cloves. crushed
    • 4 back bacon rashers chopped (can be either smoked or unsmoked)
    • ½ each peppers [red/green/yellow] chopped
    • ½ onion thinly sliced
    • 100 grm mushrooms sliced
    • 1 tbspn frozen peas
    • 1 tbspn vegetable oil
    •  sesame oil to drizzle

    Method

    1. 1 Heat wok or large frying pan over a high heat.
    2. 2 Add oil & when hot & slightly smoking add eggs & whisk
    3. until just set.Remove from wok & drain on kitchen paper,
    4. Set to one side.
    5. 3 Reheat wok,add oil & when hot add garlic.Cook 'til golden
    6. then discard.
    7. 4 Add bacon & stir fry for 2-3 mins,then add onion & peppers
    8. 5 Cook until onion & peppers have softened,then add
    9. mushrooms & frozen peas.Cook for further 5 mins.
    10. 6 Put rice into wok & mix with all the other ingredients.
    11. 7 Stir fry for 5 mins until heated through.Add omelette
    12. & chop through rice.Drizzle with sesame oil & serve.

      • 5½ oz Long grain rice
      • 3 Eggs beaten
      • 2tbsp Vegetable oil
      • 2cloves Garlic,crushed
      • 4 Spring onions,chopped
      • 4½ oz Cooked peas
      • 1tbsp Light soy sauce
      •  Shredded spring onion to garnish

      Method

      1. 1)cook the rice in a pan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes,until almost cooked,but not soft.drain well,rinse under cold water and drain again.
      2. 2)place the beaten egg in a non-stick saucepan and cook over a gentle heat,stirring until softly scrambled.
      3. 3)heat the vegetable oil in a preheated wok or large frying pan,swirling the oill around the base of the wok until it is really hot,add the garlic,spring onions and peas and saute,stirring occasionally,for 1-2 minutes,stir the rice into the wok,mixing to combine.
      4. 4)add the eggs,light soy sauce to the wok and stir to mix thoroughly.
      5. 5)transfer the egg fried rice to serving dishes and serve garnished with the shredded spring onion.

        Ingredients

        • 1 cup Rice
        • 6 Eggs
        • 1 tea spoon Chilli powder
        • add to taste Salt
        • ½ tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
        • ½ tea spoon Black pepper powder
        • ½ Cup Garden pea
        • 2 Table spoon Oil

        Method

        1. Cook the rice in a micro wave with 2 cups of water and keep it aside to cool down.
        2. In a bowl beat the eggs and add all the other spices like salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and mix it.
        3. Heat Oil in a pan and add garden peas and then add the egg mixture and cook it for 5-7 minutes till its cooked completely now beat the egg into small pieces with the help of a spatula or knife.Then add the cooked rice and mix it together. Garnish it with Parsley or coriander leaves. Served as a side dish or main course.
