Halloween cake recipes
Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- 3 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 150g Sugar
- 250g Cooked pumpkin, mashed
- 3 Eggs
- 250 ml Alpro soya milk
- 100 ml Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Method
- 1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon until smoothe.
- 2. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggs, soy milk, oil and vanilla extract. Beat well. Add the dry ingredients from the other bowl and beat well.
- 3. Pre-heat a greased pancake pan over a medium heat. Pour two or three tablespoons of batter in the pan to form a pancake. Bake each side about one minute or until slightly browned.

- 4. Serve the pumpkin pancake with brown sugar or with syrup

Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 150g soft butter
- 150g sugar
- optional icing sugar
- optional food coloring (black orange)
- optional sugar decorations
- 2 eggs
Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- 2. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix. Mix in the flour next and then about 7-8 drops of orange food coloring. Scoop into 12 paper cake cases.
- 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until a golden colour. Take out the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- 4. To make the icing, put 8 spoons of icing sugar in a bowl and water then some black food coloring. Stir until all mixed together then scoop a reasonable amout onto each cake.
- 5. Sprinkle some sugar decorations onto the wet icing because once it is dry, the decorations wont stick. :)

- YOU WILL NEED
- 100g self raising flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g Butter
- 2 eggs. beaten
- bun casses
- 3 tbsp Water warm(keep adding till icing sugar)
- 100g icing sugar
Method
- Before you begin set the oven to a 190 digrease.
- Cream your butter and sugar till pale yellow and fluffy, then add the beaten egg gradually.
- Fold in half yor flour and then the other half till there are no lumps.
- Place the mixture into bun casses and bake for 15 - 20 mins.
- Whilst they are baking make your icing by adding the water and icing sugar then add red or orange food colouring and stir.
- When the buns are cooked and have cooled, cut a hole in each one to a bit after half way then add your icing sugar and put the bit you cut out back in and there you have it, hallaween buns yum :D
