Ingredients
- VARIOUS JAM FLAVOURS
- 1 x Short crust pastry
- or 100g plain flour
- 2 oz Butter
- pinch of Salt
- 6-8 tblsp cold water
Method
- I use the pampered chef mini muffin tin and tart shaper to make these as they are so easy for lunch boxes or treats for the family. I roll the pastry into a ball and then put in 1 of the muffin holes. I press down the tart shaper and it makes it into a small pastry case. It makes 24 cases. I then fill with various jams such as strawberry, raspberry, and apricot. Cook for 15-20 minutes on 200 degrees until pasrty is cooked.
- You can either make pastry or buy it already prepared.
