    Ingredients

    • 300g chocolate digestive biscuits (crushed)
    • 150g melted butter
    • 350g plain chocolate broken into peices
    • 2 tsp  instant coffe (disolved in 2 tbsp of boiling water)
    • 4 tbsp Dark Rum
    • 1 jar Vanilla marshmallow fluff
    • 300ml  double cream
    • (to decorate) Chocolate shavings

    Method

    1. Mix the biscuits and melted butter together in a bowl.

    2. Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 23cm spring form cake tin and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    3. To make the filling, place the chocolate, coffee and rum in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. (Do not let the base of the bowl touch the water).

    4. Stir together until the chocolate starts to melt. Once melted, stir in the Vanilla Marshmallow Fluff and mix until well combined. Remove from the heat and cool.

    5. Whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks, then fold into the chocolate mix.

    6. Spoon the mixture onto the biscuit base and return to the fridge until set.

    7. Sprinkle with the chocolate shavings and serve.

      • 5oz digestive biscuits
      • 1tbsp light brown sugar
      • 3oz butter,melted
      •  Filling
      • 8oz Butter
      • 6oz Plain dark chocolate,chopped
      • 4fl oz golden syrup
      • 4 Eggs Beaten

      Method

      1. 1.For the crumb crust,crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the sugar.

      2. 2.Mix in the melted butter.

      3. 3.Put the crumb mixture into a cake tin.

      4. 4.To make the filling,put the butter,chocolate and golden syrup into a saucepan on low heat and stir until melted and blended.

      5. 5.Leave to cool.

      6. 6.Pour the filling onto the crumb crust and smooth the surface.

      7. 7.Bake in the oven for thirty minutes, or until just set but soft in the center.
      8. 8.leave to cool for 10 minutes and is best served with cream.

        Ingredients

        • a sprinkle of chocolate strands
        • 1 chocolate bar
        • 1 tbsp coco powder
        • 175 g butter
        • 125 g castor sugar
        • 3 biscuits rich tea biscuits

        Method

        1. 1.Melt the butter don`t let it get too hot just melt it.
        2. 2.Add coco and sugar take the off the heat to do this.
        3. 3.Now add the bicuits and mix.
        4. 4.Put the foil in the tin pour in the mixture press it down into the tin then put the tin in the frige and leave for about 2 hours.
        5. 5.Melt the chocolate then pour it on the Mud Pie and spread it out and then sprinkle some chocolate strands.
