Ingredients
- 300g chocolate digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 150g melted butter
- 350g plain chocolate broken into peices
- 2 tsp instant coffe (disolved in 2 tbsp of boiling water)
- 4 tbsp Dark Rum
- 1 jar Vanilla marshmallow fluff
- 300ml double cream
- (to decorate) Chocolate shavings
Method
- Mix the biscuits and melted butter together in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 23cm spring form cake tin and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- To make the filling, place the chocolate, coffee and rum in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. (Do not let the base of the bowl touch the water).
- Stir together until the chocolate starts to melt. Once melted, stir in the Vanilla Marshmallow Fluff and mix until well combined. Remove from the heat and cool.
- Whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks, then fold into the chocolate mix.
- Spoon the mixture onto the biscuit base and return to the fridge until set.
- Sprinkle with the chocolate shavings and serve.

- 1tbsp light brown sugar
- 3oz butter,melted
- Filling
- 8oz Butter
- 6oz Plain dark chocolate,chopped
- 4fl oz golden syrup
- 4 Eggs Beaten
Method
- 1.For the crumb crust,crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the sugar.
- 2.Mix in the melted butter.
- 3.Put the crumb mixture into a cake tin.
- 4.To make the filling,put the butter,chocolate and golden syrup into a saucepan on low heat and stir until melted and blended.
- 5.Leave to cool.
- 6.Pour the filling onto the crumb crust and smooth the surface.
- 7.Bake in the oven for thirty minutes, or until just set but soft in the center.
- 8.leave to cool for 10 minutes and is best served with cream.

- a sprinkle of chocolate strands
- 1 chocolate bar
- 1 tbsp coco powder
- 175 g butter
- 125 g castor sugar
- 3 biscuits rich tea biscuits
Method
- 1.Melt the butter don`t let it get too hot just melt it.
- 2.Add coco and sugar take the off the heat to do this.
- 3.Now add the bicuits and mix.
- 4.Put the foil in the tin pour in the mixture press it down into the tin then put the tin in the frige and leave for about 2 hours.
- 5.Melt the chocolate then pour it on the Mud Pie and spread it out and then sprinkle some chocolate strands.
