Ingredients
- FOR MARS BAR ROCKY ROAD
- 3 mars bars
- 90g Butter
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup rice krispies
- FOR TOPPING
- 200g Milk Chocolate
Method
- For mars bar rocky road
- 1. Chop the mars bars into small chunks and add to pan with the butter
- 2. Melt gently
- 3. Once melted, add the crushed biscuits, marshmallows and rice krispies and stir
- 4. Put into dish and leave to cool/set
- For topping
- 1. Melt the milk chocolate gently and once melted, pour over the mars bar rocky road.
- 2. Leave to set before cutting into bite sized chunks

- ½ cup butter or margarine
- 1 - 1oz unsweetened chocolate - chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Plain Flour (All-Purpose Flour)
- ½ - 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs (large)
- FILLING
- 8oz. pkg 8oz. pkg. cream cheese. softened (save 2oz. for frosting)
- ¼ cup butter softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Egg (large)
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup nuts
- 6oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- FROSTING
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 1oz. unsweetened chocolate
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 lb. power sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In large saucepan over low heat, melt ½ cup butter + chocolate. Add remaining bar ingredients mix well. Spread in prepared pan greased + flour, 13 x 9 in small bowl combine 6oz. cream cheese with next filling ingredients blend until smooth + fluffy, stir in nuts. Spread over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips bake at 350˚ for 25 – 35 min. or until done.
- Frosting
- Sprinkle with 2 cups of mini marshmallows and bake 2 mint longer in large saucepan over low heat melt ¼ cup butter, 1oz. unsweetened chocolate remaining 2oz. cream cheese, and ¼ cup milk. Stir in 1 lb. pd. Sugar + 1 tsp. vanilla until smooth. Immediately pour over marshmallows + swirl together.

- 75g Butter
- 75g Milk Chocolate
- 2tbsp golden syrup
- 175g digestive biscuits
- 75g raisins
- 50g Nuts (Optional)
- 50g Marshmallows (Optional)
- 50g glace cherries (optional)
- TO DECORATE:
- 1 pack Smarties/sweets somthing nice!
Method
- 1. Grease a tin (square- 18cm-ish!)with a little butter. Put some water in a saucepan and warm it over a low heat. Put the butter, chocolate and golden syrup into a heatproof bowl.
- 2. Stand the bowl over the pan, stirring the ingredients until they have melted.
- 3. Put the biscuits into a clean plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- 4.Take the bowl off the pan and add the biscuits, raisins, Nuts*,Marshmallows* and glace cherries*, mixing everything together thoroughly. Put the mixture into the tin, pressing it down firmly.
- 5. Put the sweets on radomly, then put in the fride for 2-3 hours, cut into pieces and, ENJOY!!!
