    Tips

This recipe dosnt need any oil or fat to cook it in as it gets enough from the cheese, also it dosnt require any extra seasoning as the crisps are already salted. I use the really cheap supermarket crisps. If you dont like cheese, you can always stuff the chicken with some mushrooms and onions chopped and lightly fried in butter,

      Tips

Tarragon can be replaced by Dill or parsley. Goats cheese works well instead of ricotta.

Tastes great and so easy but found the mix of parma ham and mozzarella a bit salty so would probably use a different cheese next time, may have to try the roule

Really really easy to make & everyone really enjoyed them, they looked really good & tasted excellent. Only thing I'd say is I did thin slices of the Mozarella & it practically disapeared so next time I'll just cut it into 4 pieces & leave it like that.
