Asian and Middle Eastern Recipes

It is quite hard to group together Asian and Middle Eastern Recipes as they encompass such a wide range of cooking styles a large section of the globe. Middle Eastern food is characterised less by rice and noodles and more by spices and beans and pulses. Whilst there are massive regional differences between Turkish recipes, Lebanese recipes and other middle eastern recipes, they all have something distinctly Middle Eastern to them.
