Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of Birds Eye Limited, Mydish.co.uk, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

3. To enter, visit mydish.co.uk, add your recipe that your kids love and add "My kids love this recipe"...in the description. Please do tell us why they love it, although this will not be part of the judging criteria. Recipes may be sent by post but must have a valid name and address attached.

4. Closing date for inputting your recipe is 30/11/11.

5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

6. There is one main prize of Birds Eye vouchers to the value of £100. The vouchers will be provided in multiple denominations, a mixture of £1, £3 and £5 vouchers and no change will be provided from the vouchers. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

7. One winner will be chosen by the MyDish team. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted within 28 further days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the originals.

8. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

10. By entering the promotion participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in a forfeit of the prize.
