Ideas for keeping 5 year old amused!
Question: I have my nephew coming to stay for a few hours this weekend and thought I might try some cooking with him to keep boredom at bay! Have you got any ideas or tips to share? It'll be the first time cooking together. Thanks.

Have a look through the Baking category in this group - there are some really easy recipes that are perfect for young chefs. One fun thing that most kids seem to love is icing cakes! If you are prepared to get a bit messy, you could make some fairy cakes, prepare some icing using icing sugar, get some sprinkles, icing pens etc and let your nephew design his own toppings, ready to give to mum/dad/family etc when he sees them later! Have fun!!
