Ideas for a special vegetarian meal?
Question: I want to cook a meal for my mother, who is a vegetarian. I'd love to try something new for her. She can't eat spicy food, loves cheese and vegetables. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Pippin, I have lots of yummy vegetarian recipes in my Mydish space, and recommend things like my stuffed peppers, soups and quiche... I also make a lot of dishes using Le Puy lentils, broad and butter beans, canelloni beans and chick peas....yummy pastas, risottos and vegetarian 'sottage pies' with lots of veggies inside, topped with mashed spud and then topped with cheese....yummy! Not spicy either. anna

Does she eat fish as there are lots of great fish dishes on the site. Veggie lasagne?
