Niece coming to stay - I need something easy to cook!
Question: I'm not a great cook and have my 8 year old niece coming to stay with me for a few days. I need something simple, easy but which suits kids! I don't want to have to feed her pizza from the local takeaway every day :)

Hi, How's about a nice easy sausage pasta: http://www.mydish.co.uk/recipe/1487 or cottage pie: http://www.mydish.co.uk/recipe/1453 if your niece is vegetarian, could replace both things with quorn instead of the meat. Also, try and get her involved, it could be a fun thing for you both to do and she may have some good ideas for foods she'd like to make. Good luck!
