Question: Does anyone have a nice easy pasta recipe without any garlic. I'm sorry but I can't stand the stuff.

Here's a 10min pasta for you... mash up some anchovies with a fork, stick them in oil with some chilli pepper then chuck the spaghetti on top for a couple of minutes before it’s ready to serve so the pasts soaks up the flavour. Simple it may be but it’s some of the best pungent pasta I’ve ever had! I learnt this from a very suave Italian chef in Sorrento on a cooking holiday! We learnt a whole bunch of quick, healthy Italian dishes that I cook at least once a week now I'm back home.
