Cook up a Treat for Childline - Leiths Cookery Session
Question: Wanted to let all you foodies about this auction - all money will go to Childline. Former BT chairman Sir Christopher Bland has come up with a real treat for one budding Masterchef – just in time for Mother’s Day. Sir Christopher has donated a Saturday morning cookery session(http://www.leiths.com/c/saturdays.aspx) in the new kitchens of Leiths School of Food and Wine in London – and it’s up for auction in aid of ChildLine. The course offers the chance to experience a real cooking experience in a professional kitchen, learning in an informal atmosphere before sitting down to eat the dishes prepared during the morning. Whoever places the highest bid will win the course – for their mum, wife, partner, or even themselves if cooking is their passion. All the money from the winning bid will go to ChildLine. Bids should be sent by email to charity.programme@bt.com by 5pm on Wednesday (27 February). The winning bidder will be informed the following day.
