Nauseous in the morning!
Question: Can't keep food down? Anyone have any tips to share on what best to eat when feeling sick, but needing those nutrients?

I found dry foods were always best. Crackers, ginger biscuits etc. Also, ginger herbal tea was good. I bought ginger cordial (can you see a theme here?) but it was so spicy! If I smelt the drink, it started me sneezing - you have been warned ;o)
