Favourite low cost meal?
Question: Hi All, I'm trying to start a meal plan which should help me get control of our food costs. I'd love to hear what your favourite meals are for some inspiration! Thanks - EllaBella

One of my favourites is chickpea curry (I've added the recipe). You can get a tin of chickpeas for about .25p and normally we have most of the spices etc already in stock at home, so I find it's a great, filling and cheap meal. But, it's so tasty, you could happily serve to guests as part of a curry. Pulses and beans are perfect when you are on a budget.
