The prizes:
There are 4 prizes to give away. Each prize will contain a 12 compartment wooden caddy box, each containing over 140 teabags from the Twinings range, a Twinings teapot and 2 Twinings tea cups and saucers as well as a Twinings apron.
Prizes despatched by: within 10 working days of the prize draw winner responding.
Terms and conditions
1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of R. Twining and Company Limited (the 'Promoter'), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally associated with the promotion.
2. By taking part in this Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. All entries must be submitted via the MyDish.co.uk website.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The opening date for receipt of entries is the ASAP 2010 at 9am and the closing date for receipt of entries is the 31st December 2010 at 11:59pm.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered, duplicated or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be taken for telecommunication or website error.
7. Only one entry per person. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Entries will only be allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of this promotion will result in a void entry.
8. The winners will be the first 4 people drawn at random from all valid entries received by 31st December 2010 11.59pm. The winners will be drawn under independent supervision immediately after the closing date. The winners will be notified by their submitted email address no later than 5 working days after the prize draw closes. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if a prize is not claimed within 10 working days after first contact, the winner will forfeit their prize.

10. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and can not be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
12. By accepting a prize, prize winners accept they may be requested to participate in related publicity.

14. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to receive teamails (offers, discounts and competitions via email) and will be deemed to be bound by, and have accepted, these terms and conditions and the Twinings Speciality Privacy Policy.
