    • Bisquick is an American pre-mix but One cup of Bisquick can be substituted by a mix of one cup of flour, 1½ teaspoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil or melted butter.

    • Hi JWMCCABE - can you tell me what Bisquick is. I assume it is an American baking ingredient. Is there an equivalent here in the UK. I wanted to make these for my boyfriend (he's from Orlando) but not sure how to get hold of this Bisquick.
