Method

  • 1. Put everything into a bowl and mix together
  • 2. Place in the oven at 160c/325f/Gas mark 4 for about 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when poked into the cake.

    • 100g/4oz Margarine
    • 100g/4oz Caster Sugar
    • 2 Egg
    • 100g/4oz Self-raising Flour
    • 1 tsp Baking Powder
    • 4 tsp Cocoa Powder

    You can add different flavours to this cake to make any sort your like. For example instead of the cocoa powder you can add vanilla essence.
