Method

  • - preheat oven to 180 degrees c
  • - wash and pat dry chicken pieces
  • - season with salt and pepper
  • - place in a roasting dish
  • - place inside oven with skin side down and roast until nearly ready - about 45 minutes
  • - remove from oven and turn chicken pieces over.
  • - in seperate bowl combine salad cream and chutney and pour over chicken covering generously
  • - return chicken to oven and cook until brown and cooked through
  • - remove from oven and serve with rice and veg.

    • ½ cup heinz salad cream
    • ½ cup fruit chutney
