Method

  • Chop the Parsley and combine all. Form into thinner rather than thicker patties before frying in a nice not heavy well cured steel pan, or some other big hot plate which will apply voluminous heat quickly.

    • 200g minced pork neck
    • 200g minced veal (sirloin or chop)
    • 4 cloves finely sliced garlic
    • ½ a bunch of picked parsely
    • 2 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 finely chopped brown onion
