Vietnamese Barbecue Prawns

Ingredients
- 500g (1lb) King prawns
- 185g (6oz) Thin vermicelli
- Boiling water
- 2 Teaspoons Vegetable oil
- 6 Green shellots, chopped
- ½ cup (75g/2½ oz) Roasted peanuts
- ½ Bunch coriander leaves
- Nuoc Cham Sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 Dried red chillies
- 5 Teaspoons Sugar
- Juice and pulp of ½ limes
- 4 TBSPS Fish sauce
- 5 TBSPS Water
