Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  • 2. Lay the pitta breads on a baking sheet
  • 3. Spread 2 tablespoons of passata on each pitta bread
  • 4. Spread the feta cheese
  • 5. Cut the ham slices into small peieces and spread them over each pitta bread.
  • 6. Put in the oven for about 5 mins or until golden.

    • 6 pitta breads
    • 12 tbs passata
    • 200 g Feta cheese-crumbled
    • 6 ham slices

    Fast and easy... pitzas, Greek style. We usually have 3 each, and the topping is whatever there is in fridge - even if that's just passata, feta cheese and olives!
