Method

  • 1. Slice an Apple (2mm Thin).

  • 2. Place them on the baking sheet and bake them in the low temperature (175 °F, 80 °C) for about 1.5 to 2 hours. (When they get cool down, they will become crispier)

  • 3. Add a small amount of Cinnamon Powder on each piece of apple (Optional)

    • Sounds really interestingwill have a go at this one,as I love cinnamon.I use it in my porridge.I also eat porridge raw with mixed nuts (pine and cashue) dried fruit.
