Method

  • This is so quick and easy...

  • Cook pasta in boiling water as directions on packet. Meanwhile, crush garlic, chop parsley and chop ham.
  • Mix the philadelphia and milk together and add rest of ingriedients together.

  • Drain pasta and immediately add to sauce (the heat of pasta will heat the sauce up).
  • Ingredients

    • 65g spaghetti (dry weight)
    • 60g Extra light philadelphia
    • splash semi skimmed milk
    • 1 garlic clove (or sprinkle of garlic powder)
    • tbls parsley (or dried parsley)
    • 2-3 slices wafer thin smoked ham (or any sandwich ham you've got)
