Marshmallow Fluff Fudge

Method

  • Grease an 8” square cake tin.

  • Put the condensed milk, Vanilla Fluff, sugar, butter and salt in a heavy-based saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring continuously, until the sugar has dissolved and the butter has melted.

  • Bring the mixture to the boil and boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously.

  • When the mixture reaches the soft ball stage (115°C on a sugar thermometer) remove from the heat and cool for 5 minutes.

  • Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon for a few minutes until it starts to thicken and the gloss disappears.

  • Pour into the prepared tin and leave to set at room temperature.

    • 300ml Condensed Milk
    • 1jar Vanilla marshmallow fluff
    • 350g caster sugar
    • 100g unsalted butter
    • ¼ tsp salt
